In the matter of the Petition of John Garret, of Wanganuim, in the Provincial District of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, Butcher;
AND
In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862"
"The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865"
and "The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1866"
On Tuesday, the 18th day of December, 1866:
On reading the Petition of the said Petitioner filed herein, and the affidavits hereunto annexed, and on hearing Mr. Izard of Counsel for the said Petitioner, it is ordered that the said Petition be accepted, and that the said Petitioner do come up for hearing at the Supreme Court House in Wellington on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of January next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, and that a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner be held at the office of Matthew Vere Hodge, of Wanganuim, Solicitor, on the twenty-eighth day of December instant, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of recommending Trustees, and the mode of winding up the said estate, and that in the meantime William Roberts Edwards Brown, Inspector of Bankruptcy in the said Province, be appointed ad interim Sequestrator of the said estate;
And it is further ordered that the present order be a vesting order as provided by "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1865," provided however that nothing herein contained shall protect the person of the said Petitioner from any writ of arrest which may issue against him under "The Writ of Arrest Act" to the satisfaction of a Judge of this Honorable Court, or of a Registrar thereof in the absence of a Judge.

In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862;" and "The Debtors and Creditors Amendment Acts, 1865-6;" and in the matter of Joseph William Clinchson, of Porirua Road, Wellington, Carpenter, a Bankrupt.
On Saturday, the 8th day of December, 1866, upon reading the Petition and the affidavits filed therewith, and upon hearing Mr. R. S. Cheeseman of Counsel for the Petitioner, it is ordered that the above-named Petition be set down for hearing at Wellington on Tuesday, the 15th day of January next, and that Tuesday, the 18th day of December instant, be appointed for a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner at the Grand Jury Room of the Supreme Court House, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee to the Estate of the said Petitioner.
It is further ordered that W. R. E. Brown, Esq., Inspector of Bankruptcy, Wellington, be appointed Sequestrator of the estate and effects of the said Petitioner, and that this order be deemed a vesting order.

On Saturday, the 8th day of December, 1866, upon reading the Petition and the affidavits filed therewith, and upon hearing Mr. R. S. Cheeseman of Counsel for the Petitioner, it is ordered that the above-named Petition be set down for hearing at Wellington on Tuesday, the 15th day of January next, and that Wednesday, the 19th day of December, 1866, be the day appointed for a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner at the Grand Jury Room of the Supreme Court House, Wellington, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee to the Estate of the said Petitioner.
It is further ordered that W. R. E. Brown, Esq., Inspector of Bankruptcy, Wellington, be appointed Sequestrator of the estate and effects of the said Petitioner, and that this order be deemed a vesting order within the meaning of Section 8 of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1865.

On Wednesday, the twelfth day of December, 1866, upon reading the Petition and the affidavits filed therewith, and upon hearing Mr. R. S. Cheeseman of Counsel for the Petitioner, it is ordered that the above-named Petition be set down for hearing at Wellington on Tuesday, the 15th day of January next, and that Wednesday, the 19th day of December, 1866, be the day appointed for a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner at the Grand Jury Room of the Supreme Court House, Wellington at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee to the Estate of the said Petitioner.
It is further ordered that W. R. E. Brown, Esq., Inspector of Bankruptcy, Wellington, be appointed Sequestrator of the estate and effects of the said Petitioner, and that this order be deemed a vesting order.
