It is ordered that the said Petition be accepted, and that the said Petitioner do come up for hearing before this Court, on the eighth day of May next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon: and that a Meeting of Creditors of the said Petitioner do take place at the Grand Jury Room, Wellington, on the eighteenth day of April next, at the hour of eleven o’clock, for the purpose of recommending to the Court Trustees for the Estate of the said Petitioner, and the mode of winding up the same.
