of the said Joseph James be sequestrated
into the hands of Alfred Barnett, of Wellington, Auctioneer, until the hearing of
the said Petition on the eighth day of
May next, and that protection of the
farm and estate of the said Petitioner be
granted until the eighth day of May
next, and that the said Petitioner be
forthwith discharged from Her Majesty’s
Gaol at Wellington, at the suit of Robert
M’Ivor, of the Wairau.

noon; and that a Meeting of Creditors
of the said Petitioner do take place at
the Grand Jury Room, Wellington, on
the eighth day of March next, at eleven
o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of
recommending to the Court Trustees for
the said Petitioner’s estate, and the
mode of winding up the same: And it is
further ordered that this present order
shall be a vesting order.
