to be keeper of the Pound at Pahautanui.

Sittings of the Supreme Court of New Zealand—Middle District.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Circuit Court, of the Supreme Court, for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the dispatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be holden at the Court House in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Saturday, the 1st of December next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances as Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants, are required to give their attendance.
The Civil Cases will not be called on until Saturday, the 8th day of December next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, to which time the sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.
