Schedule.

Estimated to contain 260,000 acres.

These are the boundaries of the land starting from Te Waikato and extending to the Manawatu River, and going in a south-east direction across the Makurerua Swamp to Maguawararimu, and on up the slope of Te Ahuahu on the Tawera range of hills. From this point the boundary follows the range of hills northerly to the Aputa or gorge of the Manawatu, and thence goes along the Western slopes of the Ruahine range of hills to the gorge of the Pohangina River, called Te Ana-o-tane; thence to the River Oroua, to a place called Te Matei, and thence follows the downward course of the Oroua River to a place called Te Rua Puba, about ten chains to the winding river's course above Te Awahuri, the Rangitikei Native Settlement, where the Rangitikei and Ahuriri paths cross.

From Te Rua Puba the line strikes inland in a southerly direction to Waikutu, and on by Te Wahi-nini, and Te Puka to the starting point at Te Waikato on the River Manawatu.
