Entitled to Crown Grants.

I,

DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI., of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the undermentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in the annexed Schedule.

1400 1648 John Pattison Entitled to a grant of the section No. 266, on the plan of the City of Wellington.
1401 1666 Assignees of John Ridgway Entitled to a grant of five acres of land, part of country section No. 11, Lower Hutt district.
1402 1579 George Samuel Evans Entitled to grants of the following sections in the City of Wellington:β€”Nos. 67, 521, 779, and 781. Also, to grants of the following rural sections in the Province of Wellington:β€”Nos. 104, 105, 106, 107, and 108, Upper Hutt district.
1403 1634 John Viney Entitled to a grant of section No. 61 on the plan of the City of Wellington. Also, to grants of the rural sections No. 93 in the Porirua district, and No. 65 in the Ohariu district.

I,

DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Lost Land Orders Act, 1861," to hear and decide claims for Crown Grants of Lands for which the original Land Orders have been lost or destroyed, report that the claim of John Viney, of London, having been referred to me by command of the Governor, I do hereby decide that the aforesaid claimant is entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against his name in the annexed Schedule.
