The Provisions to be all of the best quality.
Samples of Sugar may be seen at this Office, and one pound samples are required to be sent in sealed with each tender. Samples of requisites and Clothing may be seen at the Establishment for which they are intended, and samples are required to be sent in with each tender.

The supplies for the Gaol are to be delivered at the Gaol, and are to be subject to the approval of the Warden, or other authorised Officer.

The supplies for the Hospital are to be delivered at the Hospital, and are to be subject to the approval of the Acting Provincial Surgeon, or other authorised Officer.

The supplies for the Asylum are to be taken from the Stores of the Contractor, and are to be subject to the approval of the Medical Attendant, or other authorised officer.

The supplies for Charitable Aid and Immigration are to be taken from the Store of the Contractors, and are to be respectively subject to approval by an officer of the Government.

Separate tenders must be sent in for supplying the Gaol, Hospital, Lunatic Asylum, Charitable Aid, and Immigration.

Coffins.

Coffins for paupers—to be delivered where required, and use of Pall provided.

Coals.

English and Sydney, at per ton, delivered at any of the Provincial Government Offices, Gaol, or Hospital, as required.
