NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court, for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be holden at the Court House, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Friday, the 1st day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances as Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that the Court will be adjourned on the said 1st day of June to Thursday, the 7th day of June. All persons bound by recognizances as Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants, need not appear on the said 1st day of June, but all such persons are required to give their attendance at 10 o’clock, on Thursday, the 7th day of June.

The Civil Common Jury cases will be taken on Tuesday, the 12th day of June, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.
