Karoři Road District.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, January 6, 1866.

NOTICE is hereby given that it has been notified to this Office, under the hand of the under-mentioned Chairman, that a general meeting of the voters of the Karori Road District was held at the School-house, Karori, on the 22nd December, 1865, and that in consequence of Messrs. Johnston, Allington, Mitchell, Kells, Taylor, and Monaghan having resigned, the under-mentioned rate-payers were elected a Board of Wardens, viz.:

S. Lancaster
S. D. Parnell
T. Ellis
J. B. Reading, Chairman.

Deposit of Plans, &c., by Upper Rangitikei Road Board.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-mentioned Board has deposited in this Office plans of the following lines of road proposed to be formed, viz.:

Cross road from Tutaenui to join Bonnie Glen Road
Road through Mr. M’Beth’s property
Portion of road from Tutaenui to Major Marshall’s
Portion of Cliff road from Messrs. Hammond’s boundary to Jefferson’s
Portion of road from Tutaenui to Mount View
Road from Cliff road to Porewa stream

together with working sections thereof, and a book showing the names of owners and occupiers of lands on which such highways are intended to be, with particulars of compensation, &c., as required by the District Highways Act, 1862. Also, that a meeting of the said Board will be held at the Court House, Marsden, on Wednesday, the 14th day of February next ensuing, at 2 o’clock p.m. to hear and consider any objections to the works proposed, &c.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the said Court will be held at the Court House, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 15th day of January instant, at Ten o’clock in the forenoon, for the despatch of all business occurring under the provision of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862; and the Debtors and Creditors Amendment Act, 1865.
