Governor’s Assent to “Representation Adjustment Amendment Act, 1864.”

PROCLAMATION

By His Honor CHARLES WILLIAM SCHULTZE,
Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.

I, CHARLES WILLIAM SCHULTZE, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby proclaim and signify that the Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Session XII., No. 1 intituled “An Act to amend the Representation Adjustment Act, 1864,” which was reserved by Isaac Earl Featherston, the Superintendent, for the signification of the Governor’s assent, having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.

Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of February, 1865.
