Sittings of the Supreme Court of

New Zealand.

Supreme Court, Middle District.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting
of the Circuit Court of the Supreme
Court for the Middle District of New
Zealand for the despatch of Criminal and
Civil business, will be holden at the
Court-House in the Supreme Court Build-
ings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on
Friday, the 1st day of December next, at
Ten o’Clock in the forenoon, pursuant to
proclamation, at which time and place all
persons bound by recognizances prosecu-
tors, witnesses, or defendants, are re-
quired to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that the
Civil Cases will not be called on for trial
until Friday, the 8th day of December
next, at Ten o’Clock in the forenoon, to
which time the sittings of the said Circuit
Court will be adjourned after the conclu-
sion of the Criminal business.

The Supreme Court will sit in Banco
on Friday, the 15th day of December
next, at Eleven o’Clock in the forenoon.
