I, WILLIAM SEED, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a true and
faithful statement of my Account as Collector of Customs for the period herein men-
tioned, and that the sum of £14,064 3s. 11d. sterling paid by me as above, is the whole
amount so received by me from the 1st July to the 30th day of September, 1865, both
days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same
to be true.
