Land open for Selection.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
I, ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby Proclaim and Notify that all that block of land bounded as follows, viz.: North by John Sheerin’s selection of sixty acres, by David Hughey’s and Edward and John Russell’s applications for Five Shillings land in the Hutt District, and by sections Nos. 63, 55, 37, and 35 in the Upper Mungaroa block; East by a line from section No. 35 Upper Mungaroa block to section No. 73, Wai-nui-o-mata District; South West by land purchased by Hugh Sinclair, thence by a line to the Eastern boundary of section No. 3, Lowry Bay, and West by the boundary of William Fitzherbert’s selections, and by section No. 42, Hutt District, excepting sections Nos. 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 Wai-nui-o-mata District, will be open for purchase and selection at the Crown Lands Office Wellington, on and after Wednesday, the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, under the Land Regulations of the fourth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-three, and the additional Land Regulations of the fifteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
