The Provisions to be all of the best quality. Samples of Sugar may be seen at this Office, and one pound samples are required to be sent in sealed with each tender. Samples of Requisites and Clothing may be seen at the Establishment for which they are intended, and samples are required to be sent in with each tender.

The supplies for the Gaol are to be delivered at the Gaol, and are to be subject to the approval of the Warden.

The supplies for the Hospital are to be delivered at the Hospital, and are to be subject to the approval of the Provincial Surgeon.

The supplies for the Asylum are to be taken from the Stores of the Contractor, and are to be subject to the approval of the Medical Attendant.
