The supplies for the Gaol are to be delivered at the Gaol, and are to be subject to the approval of the Warden.
The supplies for the Hospital are to be delivered at the Hospital, and are to be subject to the approval of the Provincial Surgeon.
The supplies for the Asylum are to be taken from the Stores of the Contractor, and are to be subject to the approval of the Medical Attendant.
