NOTICE has been forwarded to this office under the hand of the Chairman of the Pahautanui Board of Wardens, that at a yearly meeting held on the 18th instant,

were elected Wardens for the said district for the ensuing year, in the place of Messrs. T. SANSON, D. COOK, and B. DRAPER, disqualified.

Estate of David Watson.
IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND
MIDDLE DISTRICT.
In the matter of the Petition of David Watson, of Wellington in New Zealand, Baker and in the matter of “The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.”
NOTICE is hereby given, that the said David Watson, has this day filed his Petition for the sequestration of his Estate for the benefit of all his Creditors and for relief according to the provisions of the said Act: And that the said Petition has been accepted by His Honor the Judge, who has appointed the Fifteenth day of July next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House Wellington, for the hearing thereof; at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend.

Sittings of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
SUPREME COURT. MIDDLE DISTRICT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be held at the Court House in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton-quay, Wellington, on Thursday, the first day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon pursuant to proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances as prosecutors, witnesses or defendants, are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given, that the Court will be adjourned on the said first day of June to Monday, the fifth day of June. All persons bound by recognizances as prosecutors, witnesses or defendants need not appear on the said first day of June, but all such persons are required to give their attendance at ten o’clock on Monday, the fifth day of June.
The Civil Common Juror cases will be taken on Thursday, the eighth day of June, at ten o’clock in the forenoon.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Saturday, the tenth day of June, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
