Sale of 5s. Land in the Rangitikei District.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor CHARLES WILLIAM SCHULTZE, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
I, Charles William Schultze, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of the Regulations in this behalf, proclaim and notify that the several allotments of land situate in the Rangitikei District in the Province of Wellington, and specified in the Schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by public auction, at the Crown Lands Office, in the Town of Wellington, on Tuesday, the thirteenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, at one o’clock in the afternoon.
If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service to reserve from sale either of the blocks specified in the said Schedule, or vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this sixth day of May, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
