NOTICE is hereby given under the Market Act, Session I, Provincial Council, No. 12, Clause 19, that the Market Commissioners have let the Market Tolls, Rents, and Dues for a period of Twelve Months commencing the 8th April, 1865, to Richard Eagar, of Wellington, who is hereby authorised, until further notice, to conduct the said Public Market, and to receive the said Tolls, Rents, or dues, in accordance with the Bye-Laws and Market Act, No. 12, Session I.
