has been duly appointed as Accountant of the Wellington Saving’s Bank.

Kahauraponga Road District.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 28th March, 1865.

It has been certified to this office that at a meeting of the Ratepayers of the Kahauraponga Road District, held on the 17th instant, Mr. David Morrison, was elected a Warden in the place of Mr. H. Amphlett, resigned.

Notice to Agents or Owners of certain sections in Wainuiomata and Harbor districts.

Crown Lands Office,
Wellington, 21st March, 1865.

NOTICE is hereby given that the final survey of sections Nos. 5, 6, 17, 19, and 27 in the Wainuiomata District, and of sections Nos. 28, 29, 43 and 45 in the Harbor District is now complete, and that the owners of or agents for these sections can have pointed out to them the iron pegs at the corners of the said sections by applying to Mr. Downes, Government Surveyor, Lower Hutt, on or before the 7th April next, after which date no further expense will be incurred by the Government in pointing out the boundaries of these sections.
