Land Sale.
PROCLAMATION
By His Honor Charles William
Schultze, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
I, Charles William Schultze, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of the regulations in this behalf, proclaim and notify that the allotment of land situate in the Warehama Block in the East Coast District in the Province of Wellington and specified in the Schedule hereto will be put up for sale by public auction at the Crown Lands Office in the Town of Wellington, on Thursday the twentieth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty five, at one o'clock in the afternoon.

Wellington, the fifteenth day
of March, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-five.

PROCLAMATION
By His Honor Charles William Schultze, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
I, Charles William Schultze, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of the regulations in this behalf, proclaim and notify that the several allotments of land situate in the Akitio Block in the East Coast District in the Province of Wellington, and specified in the Schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by public auction at the Crown Lands Office, in the Town of Wellington, on Thursday the twentieth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, at one o'clock in the afternoon.
If at any time during the sale, it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient to the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule or to vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
