By His Honor Isaac Earl Feather-
ston, Esquire, Superintendent
of the Province of Wellington, in
the Colony of New Zealand.

ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON,
Superintendent of the Province of
Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of the
regulations in this behalf proclaim and
notify that the several allotments of land
situate in the Waremama Block, in the
East Coast District, in the Province of
Wellington, and specified in the Schedule
hereto annexed, may be reserved
under the provision hereafter mentioned,
will be put up for sale by public auction,
at the Crown Lands Office, in the Town of
Wellington, on Tuesday, the twenty-first
day of February one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-five, at one o’clock in
the afternoon.

If at any time during the sale it may
appear to the Commissioner of Crown
Lands beneficial or expedient for the public
service to reserve from sale either of the
sections specified in the said Schedule, or

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting
of the said Court will be held at the
Court House, at Wellington, on Monday,
the 16th day of January next, at ten
'o’clock in the forenoon, for the despatch of
all business occurring under the provisions
of the "Debtors and Creditors Act,
1862."

THE General Government having in-
structed the Superintendent of Wel-
ington to make arrangements for a par-
ticular class of Emigration from Great Britain
and Ireland to this Province, settlers who
wish to obtain passages for such of their
relatives or friends as are comprised within
that class, are requested to make application
in the form printed on the other side.

The Emigrants required by the General
Government are married couples and single
