The under-mentioned cask of Brandy will be sold by public auction, at Stuart’s Bond, at 12 o’clock noon, on Wednesday, the 9th November, 1864, for duty and warehouse rent, unless previously cleared for home consumption or exportation.

NOTICE is hereby given that about 256 acres of land, being part of the Agricultural Reserve, No. 2, in the Rangitiki district, bounded North by Crown Land; East by block LV; South by block LVt; and West by other part of the said Reserve, will be thrown open for selection at this office on and after Tuesday, the 29th day of November next, under the Land Regulations now in force in the Province of Wellington.
