Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the dispatch of Criminal and Civil business will be holden at the Court-house, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton-quay, Wellington, on Thursday, the first day of September next, at Ten o\'clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation, at which time and place, all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.
NOTICE is hereby further given that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Thursday, the 8th day of September next, at Ten o\'clock in the forenoon, to which time the sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Thursday, the 15th day of September next, at Eleven o\'clock in the forenoon.

Defining the limits of the Port of Wellington for purposes of \'The Marine Board Act, 1863.\'

IN excercise of the powers vested in me in this behalf by \'the Marine Board Act, 1863,\' I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby define the limits of the Port of Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, for the purposes of the said Act, to be as follow :—
Within the boundary lines commencing from the Light House on Pencarrow Head, a line drawn due East true bearing four geographical miles, from thence a line drawn due North ten geographical miles, from thence a line drawn due West nine geographical miles, from thence a line drawn due South ten geographical miles, and from thence a line drawn due East five geographical miles to the starting point, viz., the Light House on Pencarrow Head.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me in this behalf by \'the Marine Board Act, 1863,\' I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby define the limits of the Port of Wanganui, in the Province of Wellington, for the purposes of the said Act, to be as follow :—
Within a line drawn due North East from the Cliffs outside the North Head of Wanganui Harbor, four and a quarter miles, from thence South East four miles, from thence South West to the South Head of St. Mary\'s River, from thence in a semi-circular direction half a mile outside the Wanganui Bar to the Cliffs from whence the line commenced.

By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Islands of New Zealand.
I, ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of the Regulations in this behalf Proclaim and Notify that the several Allotments of Land situate in the Rangitikei District in the Province of Wellington, and specified in the Schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the Provision hereafter mentioned, will be put up for Sale by Public Auction at the Crown Lands Office, in the Town of Wellington, on Monday, the twelfth day of September, 1864, at one o\'clock in the afternoon.
If at any time during the Sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Land beneficial or expedient for the Public Service to reserve from Sale either of the Sections specified in the said Schedule, or to vary the
