Dissolution of Partnership.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between John McLaggan and James Thompson as contractors for building the Queen's Wharf, at Wellington, was dissolved by mutual consent, on the 16th day of July instant, upon certain terms whereby amongst other things the said John McLaggan was authorised to receive all dues and debts and monies outstanding and unpaid due to the late firm of McLaggan and Thompson on any account whatsoever, and to give receipts for the same in the joint names of McLaggan and Thompson. Dated 20th day of July, 1864.

IT has been duly notified to His Honor the Superintendent, that at a Public Meeting, held on the 19th instant, the following gentlemen were elected a Market Board, viz.:—
