I, STEPHEN CARKEEK, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a true and faithful statement of my Account as Collector of Customs for the period herein mentioned, and that the sum of £10,755 9s. 9d. Sterling paid by me as above is the whole amount so received by me from the 1st October to the thirty-first day of December, 1863, both days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
