A True and Perfect Statement of all Balances paid into the Treasury of the Colony of New Zealand, at Wellington, from the First day of March, 1863, on account of Deceased Persons’ Estates administered by Robert Rodger Strang, Esq., Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, as Official Administrator.

I, Robert Rodger Strang, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the above is a true and faithful Return of all Balances paid by me into the Treasury of the Colony of New Zealand, at Wellington, from the First day of March, 1863, to the tenth day of March, 1864, (both days inclusive), on account of Deceased Persons’ Estates officially administered by me.

Made and declared at Wellington, this tenth day of March, 1864, before me,

I certify that the sum of Ten Pounds Nineteen Shillings and Twopence has been paid into the Sub-Treasury this day.

Masterton Board of Wardens

NOTICE is hereby given that it has been duly notified to this office that the annual meeting of the rate-payers of the Masterton district was held on Saturday, the 3rd of April last, when the following persons were elected as a Board of Wardens for the said district:

Sittings of the Supreme Court

Supreme Court, Middle District

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be holden at the Court House in the Supreme Court buildings, Lambton-quay, Wellington, on Wednesday, the first day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation.

Notice is hereby further given that the Court will be adjourned on the said first day of June next, to Monday, the 6th day of June.

Persons bound by recognizances as prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants need not appear on the said first day of June, but all such persons are requested to give their attendance at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of Monday, the 6th.

The Civil (Common Jury) cases will be taken on Monday, the 13th day of June, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.

The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Wednesday, the 15th day of June next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
