I, JAMES GARLAND WOON, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a true and faithful statement of my Account as Acting Collector of Customs for the period herein mentioned, and that the sum of £510 16s. 11d., sterling, paid by me, JAMES GARLAND WOON, is the whole amount so received by me from the first to the thirty-first day of March, 1864, both days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
