Land for Sale.

Crown Lands Office,
Wellington, 8th April, 1864.

NOTICE is hereby given that, about 948 acres of land in the Morea Plain, Wairarapa, will be thrown open for selection at this office, on Monday, the 16th day of May next, under the Land Regulations of the Province, being land ascertained, upon survey, to be unsold.

A plan of the land is open for inspection at this Office.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Middle District.

In the Matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862, and in the Matter of Henry Kells, of Wellington, Shoemaker.

NOTICE is hereby given to the Creditors of the said Henry Kells, that a petition for relief under the said Act has been duly presented to the Supreme Court, at Wellington, by the said Henry Kells, and that an order of sequestration of his goods, chattels, effects, and estate was thereupon issued. The Court has appointed the ninth day of May, 1864, for the hearing of such petition at the Court House, Wellington, at 10 o'clock a.m.

PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.

ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of the regulations in this behalf Proclaim and Notify that the several allotments of land situate in the Western Lake Block, in the Wairarapa District, in the Province of Wellington and specified in the Schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by public auction at the Crown Lands Office, in the town of Wellington, on Monday, the twenty-third day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, at one o'clock in the afternoon.

If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections
