Custom House Sale.

NOTICE.

THE undermentioned goods will be sold by Public Auction, at the Custom House, Wellington, on Thursday, the 6th April, at 12 o'clock, noon, under authority of the Customs Regulation Act, 1858, Section 89, at the undermentioned Warehouse, for Duty and Warehouse Rent, unless previously cleared for home consumption, exportation, or re-warehoused.

At Johnston & Co.'s Warehouse,
P.C. 7-8.β€”2 hhds. Geneva, 128 gallons, warehoused by Hickson & Co., ex William Alfred, Tinley, from Sydney, 18th April, 1859.

Deposit of Plans, &c., by Tinakori Board.

Provincial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, March 23, 1864.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Board has deposited in this Office a survey plan and section of an intended deviation in a district highway, together with a book showing the names of the owners or occupiers of land on which such highway is, or is intended to be, with particulars of compensation, &c., as required by the District Highways Act, 1862; also, that a meeting of the said Board will be held at its usual place of meeting on Thursday, the 5th day of May next, for the purpose of receiving suggestions or objections in terms of the said Act.
