Park Vale Road.
PUBLIC NOTICE.
New Zealand Company’s Land Claimants Office, Wellington, 2nd November, 1863.
I HEREBY give notice to all whom it may concern, that the road 50 links wide, laid down by Mr. McManaway, on the plan of the Karori district, under the authority of Mr. Commissioner Bell, passing from the Karori Road, through Section No. 67, into Park Vale, in the Ohariu district, has been this day defined and determined upon; and that I have caused a slight deflection in the said road as marked on the ground and laid down on the official map of the district. The road now to run in a direct line along the North Eastern boundary of Section No. 39 until it reaches twenty chains and a half or thereabouts from the Karori road thence to diverge into Section No. 37, instead of as formerly laid down by Mr. McManaway, diverging at fourteen chains from the aforesaid Karori road.

NOTICE is hereby given that all that piece of land, part of Section No. 66, in the Agricultural Reserve to the Rengakai District, containing 280 acres, more or less, and bounded North and North East by other part of the said Section, South by Sections Nos. 67, and 68, and by Crown Land; South West and West by Crown Lands; has been thrown up by the purchaser and will be open for selection at this Office on and after Friday, the 4th day of December, 1863, under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington.
