PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named Intestate are required to come in and prove their debts before

Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, Official Administrator, at his offices in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, on or before the 2nd day of January next, otherwise they will be excluded peremptorily from all benefit arising from the said estate.

On reading the affidavit of Mr. Borlase, and on hearing him as counsel for John Tully, a creditor, it is ordered that the estate and effects of the said George Stuart O’Halloran whatsoever and wheresoever be sequestrated taken and held henceforth until the hearing of the said petition or further order of the said court by Robert Rodger Strang, Esq., Registrar of the said Court.—Dated the 12th day of October, 1863.
