HIS Excellency the Governor has directed it to be notified that the Commissions of the following officers in the Wellington Militia will bear date as follows, viz:

Name. Date of Commission.
Captain J.C. Crawford—Aug. 15th, 1859
" J.S. Kirwan—March 12th, 1860
" E. Battersbee—April 19th, 1860
" S. Carkeek—June 4th, 1860
" G. Hunter—July 21st, 1860
" J. Johnston—July 6th, 1861

The notice which appeared in the Gazette No. 36, of the 6th August last, folio 314, so far as it affects the dates of the commissions of the above named officers, is hereby cancelled.
