HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to make the following appointments in the First Battalion of the Wellington Regiment of Militia:—

Lieut. John Hugh Bethune, to be Captain. Date of Commission—3rd June, 1863.
Lieut. William Robert Edward Brown, to be Captain. Date of Commission—4th June, 1863.

Charles William Schultze, to be Captain. Date of Commission—6th June, 1863.
