I, Stephen Carkeek, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a
true and faithful statement of my Account as Collector of Customs for the period herein
mentioned; and that the sum of £3911 1s. 4d. sterling, paid by me as above, is the
whole amount received by me from the first to the thirtieth day of November, 1862,
both days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing
the same to be true.
