HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified for general information, that a Writ, for the election of one Member to serve in the Provincial Council for the City of Wellington, having been issued in accordance with clause 12 of “An Act to grant a Representative Constitution to the Colony of New Zealand,” Henry St. Hill, Esq., the Returning Officer has returned the said Writ, with a certificate that the undermentioned gentleman has been duly elected to serve as a member of the said Provincial Council for the said City of Wellington.
