I Stephen Carkeek do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a true and faithful statement of my account as Collector of Customs for the period herein mentioned, and that the sum of £2438 7s. Sterling paid by me as above is the whole amount so received by me from the first to the thirty-first day of December, 1860, both days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
