*The tender of Mr. W. Tonks, junr., comprised the Contracts, Nos. 2 to 5, for the lump sum of £623 9s. 0d.
Messrs. Lawes and Plimmer, junr., having subsequently withdrawn the whole of their tenders, the contracts were offered to Mr. W. Tonks, junr., and on his withdrawing his tender, those of Messrs. Thompson Brothers were thereupon accepted for Contracts Nos. 2 and 3, and those of Mr. C. H. Gillespie for Contracts Nos. 4 and 5.
