NOTICE is hereby given that Alexander McDERMOT SUTHERLAND having complied with the conditions under which he was permitted by the Crown Lands Commissioner, Mr. Domett, to throw up 780 acres of Rural Land which had been selected by him in 1853 and 1854, on Mr. Kelham’s run in the East Coast Districts, and were comprised in the several applications registered in this office under numbers 181, 299, 300, 301 and 1612, and having now reselected elsewhere, the same will be open for selection, at this Office, under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington, on and after the 21st day of February, 1862.
