PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Islands of New Zealand.

WHEREAS by the Land Regulations now in force in the Province of Wellington it is declared that all Reserves for the Sites of Townships or Suburban Lands, for the Sites of Agricultural and Small Farm Settlements, or for any other purpose of public advantage, safety, convenience, health, or enjoyment shall be determined by the Superintendent who shall notify the same by Proclamation, wherein the object shall be specified for which any Reserve shall be made: And whereas it would be of public advantage if certain sections of land in the Hundred of Masterton were set apart for Educational purposes and for a Public Cemetery: Now therefore I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in virtue of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, Do hereby proclaim and declare that Sections, Numbers Nineteen (19), One hundred and one (101), One hundred and two (102), and One hundred and four (104) in the Hundred of Masterton, in the Wairarapa District, are hereby reserved and set apart by me for Educational purposes, and also that Section, Number One hundred and five (105) in the said Hundred is hereby reserved and set apart for a Public Cemetery.

Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this Twenty first day of November, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-one.
