NOTICE is hereby given that the Court will not sit in Banco on the 16th as advertised, but will sit on Monday, the 23rd instant, at ten o’clock in the forenoon.

THE following Goods will be sold by Public Auction on Thursday, the 26th September, at 12 o’clock, at noon, under Customs’ Regulation Act, Section 89, at the undermentioned Warehouses for Duty and Warehouse Rent, unless previously Re-warehoused, or cleared for Home Consumption or Exportation.
