Farrell both of Wellington, deceased
Intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this
Honorable Court the creditors of
the above named Intestates are on or
before the 21st day of September next to
come in and prove their debts before
Robert Rodger Strang, Esq., Registrar
of the said Court at his Office in the
Court House, Wellington or in default
thereof they will be peremptorily excluded
from all benefit arising from the said
Estates.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.

Queen Charlotte’s Sound.

A BLACK BUOY surmounted by a
Red Beacon, with “Luke Rock”
painted thereon, has been placed (temporarily) off the rock bearing that name.
The Buoy bears (mag.) as follows.—
From Point Dieffenbach, N.W. ½ N.—
half mile.
Points forming East, S.W. ¾ W.
Fly Bay West, E. ¼ S.
Bearing of Luke Rock from Buoy, N.W.
—about one-fifth mile.

This Rock being of great extent strangers
are cautioned against standing into
Fly Bay, between the Buoy and the bear-
ings given.

PUBLIC WORKS.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, June 25th, 1861.

TENDERS are invited for the erection
of a Bridge over the Stream near
Mr. McGrath’s residence, Porirua Bay.
Plans and Specifications may be seen
on and after Thursday next, at the En-
gineer’s Office, Wellington, and at Mr.
Jenkins’ Public House, Porirua.
Tenders will be received until noon on
Tuesday, July 9th, 1861.

NOTICE is Hereby Given, that after
this date any person who shall ac-
cept a Contract for any public work, and
shall fail or decline to carry out the
same, shall be deemed ineligible to ten-
der for any other works that the Provin-
cial Government may require to execute.
