SUPREME COURT.
Middle District.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court, for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the dispatch of Civil and Criminal business, will be held at the Court House, in the Provincial Government Buildings, at Wellington, on Saturday, the first day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given that the Civil cases will not be called on for trial until Saturday, the 8th day of June, at 10 o’clock a.m., to which time the sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal business.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banca, on Saturday, the 15th day of June, at half-past 10 o’clock a.m.

VICE ADMIRALTY COURT.
THIS Court will sit for the dispatch of business, in the Provincial Government Buildings, on Saturday, the 15th day of June next, at 10 o’clock, a.m., when all persons whom it may concern are required to give their attendance.

NOTICE is hereby given that the said Circuit Court will at its Sitting on the said first day of June, be adjourned by virtue of the Supreme Court Act, 1860, on account of the absence of the Judge, to Monday, the 17th day of June, at 10 o’clock of the forenoon, at which time, all jurymen, prosecutors, witnesses, and parties, will be bound to attend.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that in pursuance of the provisions of the Imprisonment for Debt Ordinance, Session 3, No. VII., the Court will sit at Wellington, on Wednesday, the 19th day of June, 1861, for the hearing of applications for relief, and for the despatch of all business arising under the Provisions of the above Ordinance.
