I STEPHEN CARKEEK do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a true and faithful statement of my account as Collector of Customs for the period herein mentioned, and that the sum of £3318 2s. 4d. Sterling paid by me as above is the whole amount so received by me from the first to the thirty-first day of January, 1861, both days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
