Crown Lands Office,

Wellington, 16th February, 1860.

I hereby give notice that I shall hold a Court at the Crown Lands Office, Wellington, on FRIDAY, the 24th day of February, 1860, at One o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of hearing and deciding on the conflicting applications of John Sutherland, James Peacock and Graham Speedy, for runs in the Mataikuna block on the East Coast.

DISTRICT COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the District Court of Wellington, for the dispatch of business, will be holden at the Supreme Court House, at Wellington, on WEDNESDAY, the 21st day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.

Notice is hereby further given, that such Court will sit monthly on the 3rd Wednesday, except in the months of December, January, June and July.
