ELECTION NOTICE.
ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF WELLINGTON.
IN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," I, Bingham Arthur Ferard, Esquire, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of the City of Wellington, do hereby give Notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the Fifth day of November, 1860, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of three qualified persons to serve as Members of the House of Representatives for the said Electoral District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Wellington, on Monday, the Tenth day of December, 1860, at Noon; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on Tuesday, the Eleventh day of December, 1860.

IN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," I, Bingham Arthur Ferard, Esquire, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Hutt, do hereby give Notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the Fifth day of November, 1860, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of two qualified persons to serve as Members of the House of Representatives for the said Electoral District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Mechanics’ Institute, at the Hutt, on Wednesday, the Twelfth day of December, 1860, at Noon; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on Friday, the Fourteenth day of December, 1860.
