I, Stephen Carkeek, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a true and faithful statement of my account as Collector of Customs for the period herein mentioned, and that the sum of £3146 7s. 8d. sterling paid by me as above, is the whole amount so received by me from the First to the Thirty-first day of July, 1860, both days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
