NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned Timothy Stephenson and James John Tame, at Wellington, as Storekeepers and Dealers, under the name of Timothy Stephenson, has been dissolved, and that all debts due from or to the said late partnership, will in future be carried on upon his sole credit and account.

Dated this thirteenth day of June, 1860.

DISTRICT COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the District Court of Wellington for the despatch of business will be held at the Supreme Court House, at Wellington, on Wednesday, the 15th day of August, at Ten o’Clock in the forenoon.

Notice is hereby further given, that such Court will sit monthly, on the 3rd Wednesday, except in the months of December, January, June, and July.
