IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

MIDDLE DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Estate of Robert Simpson, Deceased, Intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named Intestate are, on or before the 5th day of September next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, at this Office, in the Court House, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefits arising from said Estate.

NOTICE.

THE following goods will be sold by Public Auction on Wednesday, the 20th June, at 12 o'clock, at noon, under authority of the Customs Regulation Act, 1858, section 89, at the undermentioned Warehouses, for Duty and Warehouse Rent, unless previously Re-warehoused or cleared for Home Consumption or Exportation.

At Bethune & Hunter’s Warehouse.

  • HN, 94 — 1 Case Cigars, Warehoused by R. J. Duncan, 13th August, 1856, ex Jane, from Melbourne.
  • HS, 3 — 4 Cases Cigars, Warehoused by Bethune & Co., 1st October, 1856, ex Cheetah, from Sydney.

At Plimmer & Son’s Warehouse.

  • IT, 8 — 1 Puncheon Rum, Warehoused by J. Joseph & Co., 25th March, 1857, ex Louis and Miriam, from Sydney.
