NOTICE.
Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 24th February, 1859.
A STEAM ENGINE and sundry Gear, the property of the Provincial Government, having sunk with a Raft off Evans’ Bay, on the passage from Pennarrow Head to the anchorage in this Port, Notice is hereby given that Salvage will be given to any one recovering the whole or any portion of the above property, and delivering it over to the Harbor Master, on account of the Provincial Government; the amount of Salvage to be adjusted by the Magistrates in the usual manner.

IN THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN SHELTON, LATE OF AHURIRI—DECEASED INTESTATE.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above-named Intestate are on or before the 15th day of May next, to come in and prove their Debts before ROBERT RODGER STRANG, ESQUIRE, at his Office in the Court House, Wellington, or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from said Estate.
