MIDDLE DISTRICT.
In the Estate of Benjamin Buck, of the Hutt, Surgeon, Deceased Intestate.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court the Creditors of the above named Intestate are on or before the 23rd day of December next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esq., at his office in the Court House, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said estate.

DISTRICT COURT.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Sitting of the District Court of Wellington, for the dispatch of business, will be holden at the Supreme Court House at Wellington, on Wednesday, the 19th day of October next, at ten in the forenoon.
Notice is hereby further given that such Court will sit monthly on the 3rd Wednesday, except in the months of December, January, June, and July.
