DISTRICT COURT.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Sitting of the District Court of Wellington, for the dispatch of business, will be holden at the Supreme Court House, at Wellington, on Wednesday, the 21st day of September, instant, at Ten o’clock in the forenoon.
Notice is hereby further given that such Court will sit monthly on the third Wednesday, except in the months of December, January, June, and July.

NOTICE.
THE following Goods will be sold by Public Auction, on Wednesday, the 14th September, at Twelve o’clock, at noon, under authority of the “Customs’ Regulation Act, 1858,” Section 89, at the undernominated Warehouses, for Duty and Warehouse rent, unless previously cleared for Home Consumption, or exportation, or re-warehoused.
